A controversial vegan activist has vowed to leave her home in Western Australia forever after she was banned for nine months from every pub and restaurant in the state.

Tash Peterson, 28, claimed her 'freedom of speech' was stripped away after she received a notice barring her from licensed premises in her home state.

In a video shared to Facebook on Sunday, the Perth activist said she and partner Jack Higgs were 'getting the f**k out of WA' and had booked a one-way ticket to Melbourne.

The pair will arrive in Melbourne on July 13 and plan to stay one week before heading to Sydney.

'Melbourne here we come and east coast of Australia, here we come,' Ms Peterson said.

'We're up for anything, we're going to disrupt and break unjust laws to bring light to the animal holocaust.'

'My freedom of speech has been taken away from me ... I'm just going to protest over there (Melbourne and Sydney).'

The prolific protester is making the move after she was served a barring notice for storming a Perth restaurant on June 4.

The Perth-based activist wore a red-stained outfit and demanded diners to stop eating meat while playing sounds of animals being slaughter.

The animal activist claims the barring notice was used to 'silence' her and plans to appeal the state-wide ban.

'I did have a meeting with my barrister the other day and I am looking into appealing the barring notice because I believe it is an unjust violation of my rights to non-violently protest for animal rights,' Peterson said.

'It's just crazy that a nonviolent protester is given a barring notice when it has nothing to do with alcohol.

'There were some angry violent people that night, yet I'm the only one that received a barring notice.'

Ms Peterson's antics have led police and politicians in WA to describe her as 'Australia's biggest pest'.

She has copped several fines for her semi-nude demonstrations in designer stores, restaurants and supermarkets.

In May, she accused a police officer of sexism after he asked her to cover her bare chest during one of her public protests.

In the video, the plant-based protester held a sign that read: 'Kangaroos shot and joeys beaten to death for Nike shoes,' while wearing a kangaroo onesie tied around her waist.

Last August, Ms Peterson marched topless through a Louis Vuitton store in Perth while smeared with her own menstrual blood, which later saw her fined $3,500 by a Perth magistrate.

The activist has also dressed up as a cow and demonstrated in the meat section of supermarkets, invaded the pitch at an AFLW match, and wore a blood-soaked apron while screaming at patrons in a KFC and Coles.

She also faced trial for a December 2020 protest at the Boatshed Markets in Cottesloe where she also appeared shirtless, with her chest painted in a cow pattern, and yelled at shoppers that cows were being raped for meat and dairy.
